Cancellation policy

At booking you can choose between two rates. (1) Flexible rate (refundable): you may cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date and receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee; refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. Within 7 days of arrival, the reservation is no longer refundable. (2) Non-refundable rate: it is cheaper and allows no changes or cancellations; in case of a no-show or cancellation, 100% of the reservation total is charged.

Reservations & payments

A reservation is only confirmed after the online payment is completed. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes (VAT and Lodging Tax). Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM.

Privacy notice

At Hotel Casa Muranta we process your personal data (name, email, phone) solely to manage your reservation and assist you. We do not share it with third parties except the providers needed to process payment. To exercise your data rights, contact us at casamuranta@gmail.com.

Terms of use
